Cantor Exchange has filed an application with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") to become a federally regulated, internet-based marketplace where customers become members of the exchange and have direct access to trade in the market.

The first product that Cantor Exchange intends to bring to the market will be based on movie box office revenue. Final approval of Domestic Box Office Receipt contracts, also known as Movie Box Office Contracts, is anticipated in the third quarter of 2009.
