Robert Dentice

Mr. Dentice is a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking for Cantor Fitzgerald.  Mr. Dentice has over 14 years experience in investment banking as both an investment banker and senior level executive.  Mr. Dentice has completed a wide array of financings including both private and public debt and equity financings.  Mr. Dentice also has significant M&A experience including buy-side and sell-side assignments and fairness opinions.  Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald Mr. Dentice was in the Global Health Care group at HSBC Securities where he focused on Biotech, Healthcare Services, Large Cap Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices clients.  Prior to HSBC, Mr. Dentice focused on Health Care Services companies at CIBC World Markets. 

Mr. Dentice holds a B.S. in Sociology from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo and an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School.
