Ron Zampolin

Ron Zampolin is a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking Group for Cantor Fitzgerald, responsible for originating and executing financing and advisory assignments for the firm’s technology clients. 
 
Mr. Zampolin has over 15 years of investment banking experience and has been involved in over 70 transactions in the technology sector covering software, internet, IT services, data infrastructure and clean tech companies.  Mr. Zampolin’s experience includes private and public equity and debt capital raising, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Zampolin joined Cantor Fitzgerald from the PrinceRidge Group where he was responsible for the firm’s technology, media and telecom banking efforts.

Previously, Mr. Zampolin was a Managing Director in Credit Suisse’s Technology Investment Banking  Group where he was responsible for its coverage of the software and data services companies.   Prior to transitioning to Credit Suisse, Mr. Zampolin was co-head of the data infrastructure group at DLJ.  Mr. Zampolin started his investment banking career at Kidder, Peabody.

Mr. Zampolin received an MBA from the Columbia University where he graduated with honors and graduated with distinction from the University of Rochester with a BS in Physics and a MS in Optical Engineering.
