Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. established the Private Capital Group (“PCG”) in 2009 to focus exclusively on raising capital and providing financial advisory services for alternative investment fund placements and direct private placements.  While successful capital raise is our primary goal, we are also committed to helping fund sponsors, investment managers and private or public companies grow their businesses, build strong and sustainable brands, and achieve leadership in their respective markets.

Direct Private Placements
