On the 3rd July 2016 the Market Abuse Regulation came into force in the United Kingdom. The regulation requires, among other things, that firms disclose to recipients of investment recommendations certain information pertaining to conflicts of interest deemed to be relevant to an investment decision. Cantor Fitzgerald Europe is complying with this requirement by disclosing some of the required  information on its research notes and other information on Cantor Fitzgerald & Co website. Information included on the website includes the history of each analyst’s investment recommendations since 3rd July 2016.
