Vice Chairman

Stuart Fraser is Vice Chairman and partner of Cantor Fitzgerald LP. Mr. Fraser joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 1983 with Howard Lutnick, the current Chairman and CEO, and the two were the first to matriculate from Cantor Fitzgerald's Brokerage Training Program.

Mr. Fraser oversees the firm's Government Securities Brokerage (GSB) business and is credited with the highly successful transition of GSB from a traditional "open-outcry" environment to the firm's new automated “Cantor Fitzgerald Trading System” platform. In May of 1999, he was awarded a United States Patent for his "Automated Auction Protocol Processor", which has become the engine for eSpeed, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company and a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald.

Mr. Fraser serves on the Board of Directors of Livewire Kiosk International and Collegextra, Inc. and is a majority owner of the Fort Worth Brahmas Hockey Team. His philanthropic endeavors include the University of Missouri and the Keewaydin Foundation, as well as Harlem RBI, a non-profit organization that provides support for underprivileged children. He and his wife, Elise, live in Westchester, New York with their three children.
