Cantor Fitzgerald Opens New Office In Copenhagen, Denmark

Copenhagen, Denmark – Nov 5th, 2007 – Cantor Fitzgerald, a leading financial services provider to the institutional equity and fixed income markets and one of 21 financial institutions designated as a primary dealer in the United States, today announced the opening of a new office in Copenhagen, Denmark, further expanding its global footprint within the world’s financial markets. [br][br]The new office is based in the heart of Copenhagen’s financial district at Bremerholm 1 and opens specifically to meet the demands of new and existing clients in the equity derivatives options markets in and the rest of central Europe , including banks, hedge funds and asset managers. [br][br]Patrice Henault, Branch Manager at Cantor Fitzgerald in Copenhagen , will head up the office and be responsible for spearheading the expansion of the group’s equity options business, specifically in the Nordic region.  Prior to this role, Mr. Henault held the position of Eurostoxx options broker for two years at Cantor Fitzgerald in London .  Before joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Henault worked at Tullett Prebon as a Eurostoxx broker.  Mr. Henault has over 15 years of financial experience having worked within bonds for seven years and Eurostoxx for a further eight years.  He will report directly to Didier Bensadoun, Global Head of Equity Derivatives.
