Cantor Fitzgerald Europe (Cantor) is committed to improving and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In September 2024, in the U.K., Cantor signed up to the Women in Finance Charter, an HM Treasury initiative which backs the U.K. Government’s aspiration to create gender balance across the financial services industry. Cantor recognizes the value of diversity and the relationship between diversity and business performance.

Signing up to the Women in Finance Charter highlights our commitment to improving gender diversity across our company. When we signed up to the Charter in September 2024, we had 16% female representation in senior management. As of September 2025, we have 20% female representation in senior management. We believe we are on track to meet our Charter target of 25% by our deadline of September 2029.
