Cantor Fitzgerald’s Fixed Income Team Expands with Senior Hires

NEW YORK, June 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cantor Fitzgerald, a leading financial services firm, today announced the expansion of its fixed income team with the appointment of John Altier and Andrew Javorsky as Managing Directors. Mr. Altier will focus on U.S. government agency and Treasury securities, and Mr. Javorsky will focus on all mortgage products.

Prior to joining Cantor, Mr. Altier served as a Partner at CRT Capital Group. Earlier, he worked as a Managing Director at UBS. Mr. Altier received a BA from Saint Lawrence University.

Before joining Cantor, Mr. Javorsky worked as a Managing Director in mortgages and structured product sales at Royal Bank of Scotland. Previously, he served as Senior Managing Director in Mortgage Sales at Bear Stearns. Mr. Javorsky holds a BA from the University of Michigan.
